This 3-hour session is for anyone who wants to gain a better understanding of suicide and the confidence to start those live-saving conversations.
This session provides attendees with a better understanding of suicidal thoughts and behaviours and will give them the confidence to start a conversation with someone who may be feeling suicidal. All attendees will receive a pack containing resources and details of mental health services.
